We cannot say enough on how awesome, helpful, and over the top amazing from start to finish. Truly was a full service experience. We have never ever experienced the service that they provided. Always on top of things, stayed in constant communication, and helped in ways that they truly did not have to do. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought a lot in St. Germain Wisconsin . Marc and his wife Melissa never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions. They even helped us with information that we didn't even ask them about. Their responses to our emails were quick. Closing was effortless. They even corresponded with us after closing with getting us information on local builders. I would highly recommend both of them.

I had the great fortune of stumbling onto Marc's website and sent him a message late one Saturday night. I was amazed when he emailed me back within 15 minutes of getting my message being that it was so late on a Saturday night. From that moment on, I knew he was the agent I needed to work with! Both he and his wife Melissa were a great find and I can not be more happy with the lakefront cabin I ended up purchasing in Eagle River. They are true professionals that make the buying process super easy. I would highly recommend them!

The M&M Team helped our family with the purchase of our up north dream cabin on a lake near Minocqua. They were always super responsive to any text or email I sent. Even if it was late at night or a weekend, they were always available. They had great recommendations for inspectors, a lender, and even a furnace guy for work we needed done after the sale. All in all, our experience in working with them was great! You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with them for your Northern Wisconsin property search!
