Marc listed my house in Berwick and I had an offer within 3 weeks. He was always reachable and walked me through the selling process every step of the way. He advised me on the negotiations for the initial contract, as well as after all inspections were completed. He organized everything for closing and I didn't even have to be there. He spotted a mistake in the settlement statement, which would have been costly to me (the seller) and ensured that everything was corrected. I'm extremely happy with the process and the results. It was a pleasure working with him and I cannot thank him enough for making this daunting task seem easy.

With 5 other bids on the table we were pretty worried but he knew exactly what to say and kept us calm. Very professional and easy going. Never felt judged or pressured.

Marc was very helpful as our real estate agent. He was very responsive to any questions we had about finding a home. He would not hesitate to take time on the weekends to show us homes around the area. And since my girlfriend and I work most of the time we had little time to take and walk through houses. With that said, Sundays were our most productive days at looking around for a house and he was more than willing to rearrange his schedule on our behalf. Marc wasn't only just our real estate agent. We developed a friendship working with him, as well. We were very happy with our experience with Marc and would highly recommend him to anyone as a real estate agent.

I did not know Marc prior to selling my home. Marc helped me sell my home under difficult circumstances. I was going to lose my home to foreclosure, but Marc helped me sell it, while working with the loan company to solidify a short sale. I want to personally thank Marc for helping me and my family. Marc is a great realtor, and person, and I highly suggest his services.
