Marcus has sold 2 houses for us. Very professional. Great marketing strategies with fantastic pictures. Our houses looked like out of a magazine in both opportunities.

We met with with Marcus and within two days we had photos, our house was listed, and an open house was scheduled. We sold our home over the same weekend we listed it at full price. Marcus was very responsive and kept us informed through the entire closing process. I absolutely recommend that you talk to him before listing with anyone else.

we as Nelson and Roxanna Elias we decide to put our house in the market them we look for agent to put into the market of course we thought we do our best decision , but the house been in the market for several moths and no results, and the contract get done. after that we looking for a better agent we interview a lots of them and finally make a decision and we trust to give our house to Mr Markus Ku he got a lots of knowledge of his job. our house got a lots o views and we know he works so hard to give us the best offer we can get, he keep us in touch every offer unti will be in agree with the offer them he proceed with the closing processing and took our hand to a good end, for that and many more things we recommended Mr Markus Ku to anybody who really need a good agent. we appreciate his help Nelson & Roxana Elias.

Marcus was very helpful and professional during the entire process of selling our home. He knows the area and explained what is going on in the market. He is persistent but not pushy and listens to his clients. He returns calls promptly and keeps his clients up-to-date on what is happening with the listing. I highly recommend him

Marcus was very very very helpful. My husband and I are totally clueless about buying our first home and Marcus was always there patiently answering our endless questions.
