When my family and I first reached out to Maria, she was very kind and helpful. Once we went to view a house she had on the market, she did not inform us about the new jersey process and that caused us to end up in a bidding war. (We are from New York and the process of putting up an offer on a house is slight different.) She knew we were first time home buyers so the process was very new to us. We lost the bidding war and she said she would send us more homes that fit our interest which she never did. Weeks later she called with the owner on the phone and asked if we are still interested in the house and we told her yes. She said the owners did not want to sell it to the family that was going to buy the house. She never contact us again so we reached out and asked her if we still have a chance and she kept telling us she's waiting on the lawyers. We never spoke to her again. She stop calling and stop answering our calls. Why call us back and put the idea in our heads we were getting the house and then never call back or answer our calls. Very unprofessional and unfair!!!!!!!!
