Marianne is one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her. She is very intelligent and knows her listings and the areas. She does not want you to settle, just so she gets paid. Marianne was so patient with us and she quickly learned about our tastes. She knew just what we would like or dislike. She was so much help. She would point out problems in a property and also show us the benefits of others. This day and age it is nice to meet someone who cares about you. She does! If you get the opportunity to work with her, grab it.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Marianne was a delight from the start. She knew the area and details on the house I looked at. Also connected me with all the necessary people to make it all come together. Would recommend her as an agent to anyone!!????

My experience with Marianne was beyond outstanding. Marianne is the most knowledgeable realtor i have ever worked in knowing not only the area, but serious details about pretty much every single thing you could possibly want to know. If she didn't know, she would get you an answer on the spot. I can honestly say, she is the most competent realtor that i have ever dealt with as well, from negotiations, to values, to response time, contracts, everything. No email or text ever went unanswered or forgotten. She is 24/7 bar none, the best i have worked with. And she is patient, we looked at a lot of houses until we found the perfect one and she was with us every step of the way. I am thrilled to now call her a friend!

Marianne is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond and seems to genuinely care about her clients. We purchased a foreclosure with a very difficult homepath renovation loan. Marianne put us in touch with all the right people to make it possible for us to get the loan and ultimately purchase our dream home. Thank you Marianne!

Marianne is wonderful to work with!! She was extremely responsive and had great suggestions. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Marianne quickly handles any issues that may have risen. I am happy to say I am in my first home now, thanks to Marianne's efforts and I'm very grateful. I love my new home. I would recommend Marianne Windridge to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously and cares about what the client wants.
