Marie is fiercely loyal. She will stand-up for you as a buyer or seller, and stand up for herself as well in the process – she is the type of relator you want going to bat for you. She is candid, resourceful, kind, and will work with all personalities in the best way possible to facilitate a purchase / sale. We found our dream home with Marie, and at a time when homes are going for over-ask with low inventory and sky rocketing house prices, Marie never wavered in her advice, and that attribute to be steadfast, combined with her beside manner, allows her to make almost any deal come to fruition. And when someone in the process is right or wrong, she will candidly tell that party so as to continue to be a strong advocate you want in your corner. Thank you Marie – I never thought we could have such a wonderful home as you helped us secure! I contacted Marie January 30 and closed on my house April 25. In less than 3 months Marie was able to help me find the right home and connected me with the right people to move everything along quickly and smoothly. She recommended and connected me with the very best lawyers, mortgage broker, and inspectors. Great communication with Marie throughout the whole process. I was glad to work with someone so knowledgeable and patient as this was my first home purchase. And we were able to get the home for 11k under the appraisal! Hopefully, I stay in this house a long time and don't require Marie's services, but I will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.

Marie is so wonderful! My husband and I looked (and looked, and looked) for a house and Marie was with us every step of the way. Even with some twists and turns, she was always incredibly responsive and forthcoming when it came to pricing, location, and opportunities. As a first time home buyer, the process can be very daunting, but Marie made it enjoyable!
