We were SO pleased to work with Mark Archer with Ferris Realty for our home purchase! Mark was knowledgeable, detailed, patient, and everything we had been hoping for as we looked for just the right home in Montgomery! He walked us through all options and when we decided to purchase a new build home he facilitated the journey with the builder and all parties involved. He was available every step of the way and responded to questions very quickly. This is a big move for us as we retire and make TX our new home, coming from Northern VA. Mark was very cognizant of our particular requirements and quickly zoned in on the right properties to consider. We not only felt that Mark was great on a professional level but also feel that we have made a real friend in him.
