Marnie was helpful and very instrumental in getting my property closed. The property was an Estate property in addition to being out of state. This in itself created issues on its own and Marnie helped walk me through this.

Marnie is the real deal. She sold our house for top dollar during a global pandemic. Her knowledge of the local market allowed us to price our home aggressively but fairly. She went out of her way to make the showings safe during COVID. She wiped down everything after every showing. She is responsive and professional. If you are selling a home in Port A or on Padre and you want to sell your home for maximum dollars in minimum time, call Marnie Pate. She is the real MVP.

We have used Marnie twice now and each time she has been both helpful and insightful. Her having been on the island for over 20 years is an asset to anyone who is looking to buy there. She is also very responsive with communication and that is not something to be taken for granted. If we choose to buy there again, we would absolutely use Marnie!
