Martina was amazing! She sold my house for way over the asking price and took care of everything so quickly. Her marketing was outstanding and she was super professional and knowledgeable. She was always available whenever I had questions and super friendly. She made the whole process so easy and understandable for me. I highly recommend Martina if you are buying or selling a home, she was truly the best!

Martina was a dream to work with while buying our first home! We met Martina when she sold my moms home and knew we would use her when it came to buy our own home due to her knowledge and experience as well as her overall personality! Whenever we had a question or hit a bump in the road Martina was there to provide plenty of support and reassurance! I could not recommend Martina enough!

Martina is the absolute best! She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and always on top of everything! She’s also a pleasure to work with, so friendly, and she’s a great person! We used her as our agent to both sell and buy a house at the same time and she was excellent! She got us 50 thousand over our asking price for the house we sold and was able to negotiate the price down by 75 thousand on the house we bought! We were in contract for both within a few weeks! She responds quickly to texts and is always available for questions or concerns. She is patient and offered great advice and feedback while showing us houses. She coordinated all the showings perfectly during the selling process, re-adjusting times and appointments to best accommodate our needs and knows how to get the deal done quickly!! The professional pictures and 3-D interactive type of way to see each room were incredible and really made our house stand out. Martina is truly amazing and we would use her again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY recommend!!!
