Mary was a pleasure to work with. She was always available and quick to respond to my many questions. Mary was very aggressive in listing my home and it sold in 2 weeks for the full asking price.

Drawing from her knowledge and years of experience, Mary's advice and gentle guidance regarding the sale of our house from preparation prior to listing through to settlement were both thorough and accurate. Mary kept us informed of process and progress during each step of the business transaction, fully answering our questions. One example is the use of personal protection during meetings and showings, at the time of the pandemic. Mary, and visitors at showings, were respectful of our wishes to use masks, foot covers, and the available hand sanitizer. Another example regards the electronic signing. We had not used electronic signing prior this sale experience. Mary guided us through the process, assuring us that our responses were successful. Mary was always available and accessible. When situations arose and questions surfaced, we were able to contact her and we received immediate responses from her. Our experience working with Mary was one of confidence and trust.
