I can't say enough positive things about Mary Jo! From the minute we began discussing the possibility of her representing us as our agent to sell our house, both my husband and I were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the area , her integrity, work ethic, and extensive years of experience required to be just the right person to represent us. Our confidence in her continued to increase all along the way from listing to closing on our sale. Mary Jo communicated with us every step of the way through the process of putting the house on the market through literally the minutes before closing. All along the way she advocated strongly for what was best for us- always done with respect for all parties, including the buyers, and always keeping fairness for all in mind. I highly recommend Mary Jo. I have used her as an agent for 3 transactions personally, and my family has used her for several as well. She is always on her client’s side, and works incredibly hard on your behalf. I always received a detailed explanation, a quick call back, or whatever I needed during the process. Mary Jo very experienced, and is a true pro. I am very grateful for the work she did with my first home purchase, home sale, and my most recent purchase. She has my highest recommendation!
