Christy sold 2 houses for me this year. Before I hired Christy, I interviewed 3 or 4 other realtors in the area. There was no question I wanted Christy to be my realtor. The 2 houses she sold for me were located in different towns and were different types of homes. When I started the process, I did not know much about selling a house. Christy educated me, led me thru the process, was patient and knowledgeable. She set realistic prices, that allowed buyers to feel comfortable buying the house, while getting me the best price. Both houses were listed on a Wed, had more than 1 offer, and were sold by the following Mon. Christy was always pleasant, no matter how many times I bothered her and always had good answers to my questions.

Went out of her way to be available for questions and was very knowledgeable in her field. I called her numerous times with questions ,always answered them timely and pleasantly. She was most professional and a joy to work with.

Christy is a fabulous realtor who deserves her own show on HGTV! Her knowledge of real estate and professionalism is UNMATCHED. She worked tirelessly for my husband and I while we searched for our perfect home. She hung with us even when we asked her a million questions and never acted like we were a bother. She does all the work for you! Do yourself a favor and CALL HER!

Christy was a great resource for us ! She always asked the right questions to get the best for us in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. We would recommend her to anyone !
