I decided to house hunt from across the country and actually found Paige via Tiktok, I checked her reviews and since everything was positive I gave her and her team a shot and they were great! Considering I was doing this remotely they were very accommodating about house tours over FaceTime, as well as answering any questions promptly. The market in Huntsville is highly competitive and I think Paige’s experience helped me put in realistic offers and that’s why I got my offer accepted by the second try, which was much faster than I anticipated. I’m very happy with her and her communication skills and would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the greater Huntsville area!

Paige is one who will go to bat for you and help get things done for you. She will listen to your needs and wants and show you houses that will fit all your requirements (layout, price, location, etc.). Despite only being able to communicate via Facebook and email for a period of time, Paige was able to keep me updated and show me progress on my house conveniently. Even when my circumstances changed, Paige took on the challenge and made sure I was able to get moved in when I needed it. I started this process by looking for a lot, but then shifted to buying a home/proposed construction. Paige helped us by asking all the right questions and we were able to find an amazing proposed construction with our specifications. She waisted no time getting us in touch with the Builder and within a matter of days we were picking out specs for our home! She brought a lot of fine details to our attention that we would have overlooked. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Top tier customer service!

The Paige Brown (The ones who care) is an understatement. Paige and Her team were extremely responsive paying attention to detail and coordinating the sale of my condo during the corona virus epidemic. Paige was able to get contractors at my unit that needed repair before the sale. Her team is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and followed up sometimes more than once daily during the selling phase.

We started looking to sell our home July 2018. My brother referred us to Paige and her team. She worked with us for an entire year as we improved and got ready to sell. Our house was listed, viewed and had an offer with in a week at asking price! After that we looked for 2 weeks before finding our dream home. With Paige's help we had an offer accepted that was substantially under asking price! Between scheduling the viewings for selling and buying, taking the pictures, setting up all the contract work and any other leg work I have forgotten, my wife and I could not have gone through the home buying and selling process without the Paige Brown Team.
