If I could give Matt Fish 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Matt’s knowledge and expertise without a doubt is the reason my home sold after only four days on the market. I knew he was my realtor of choice from the moment I met him. Matt provided exceptional advice and feedback on what was needed for my home to be market ready. Matt and his team made buying an investment property extremely easy and informative. They successfully streamlined the home buying process, answered the important questions, and were great resources throughout! I first reached out to Matt in the beginning of 2023 and he and I walked through the process and figured out exactly what it was I was looking for. We stayed in touch for months after until finding the ideal property in March, closing in April.
