Courtney was amazing from start to finish! From our initial conversation, to pricing my home, to filling out all of the documentation - she was very hands on and truly made the entire process enjoyable. I also thought she went above and beyond when it came to coordinating schedules/showings with the tenants in my property. 10/10 - Highly recommend!

Working with Debbie to find our new home was nothing short of amazing! She was referred to me by a family member who also had a wonderful experience so I already knew I would be in good hands! She's very fast and easy to communicate with, and after learning what we were looking for she would frequently send us listings as well as arranging showings of some listings I found on my own! As first time homebuyers, she helped expertly guide us through the ins and outs of our first offer, and gave us valuable insight and advice to help make us as competitive as we could be. And after only two months of searching, our second offer was accepted! I honestly miss the days of touring homes with Debbie, it always felt like going with a good friend I've known for years! I will only use her for any future needs! Thank you for all your hard work Debbie, we are incredibly appreciative!

Courtney is quite possibly the best real estate agent in Delaware. She helped me with both the purchase and sale of my most recent home. She was always available when I needed her and went above and beyond to make sure my home sold quickly and at a great price. I cannot recommend her enough!

By luck I found Courtney on Zillow while searching for homes, she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was genuinely looking after our best interest and was so helpful. She responded quickly to every question and so many requests. She made the home buying experience a very smooth and worry free situation as possible.
