JC was tremendously helpful getting me through the whole process of buying an apartment. Both himself, his associates and the legal team working with them were very professional and effective. Matt Laricy and his team did a great job helping to sell my unit. Despite terrible real estate market conditions in Chicago, Matt was tireless in marketing, pricing strategy, communications with me, and negotiating with potential buyers. Ultimately, Matt got a deal done, when a previous agent that I hired did not. He stood on Oak Street beach in a suit to generate a custom sales advertisement for my condo. He uses high-quality industry-standard software to generate daily and weekly reports on listing activity, showings, and marketplace conditions. Matt also adds his own personalized updates on the status of the listing and the state of the market, and his opinions on what the next steps are. Matt's team is a reflection of Matt himself - everyone works hard, has a great attention to detail, and is very responsive. For example, for every showing, I got a text update from the team member who attended a showing to tell me what happened. My listing was probably one of the least expensive Matt handled this year, but I felt he tried just as hard as on more expensive properties. I was an out-of-state seller, and his team made the sales process seamless. Thanks very much for everything!
