Matt Laricy is a stand up gentleman. I highly recommend anyone in the real estate market to contact his staff. They have all the bases covered. This guys team is on top of it. He knows every building inside and out. While shopping with him he advised me and worked as a coach would advise his team mate. His name is so well known other agents regard him with mutual respect and take his offers seriously. Not to mention his staff can fire off a contract all within 8 minutes. Can’t thank Matt and his team enough, I met with them a year before we actually did a deal and they continued to communicate and advise me, no other agent does that!

Absolutely Outstanding! We have moved numerous times all over the country in the last 20 years, and Matt Laricy and his team were by far the best realty team we have ever encountered. Matt is professional, very knowledgeable about the market, and extremely responsive. He is direct, honest, and realistic about what you can expect from the market and always does his best to close the deal. Matt was able to sell our place in a very tough market and his team constantly kept us updated on what was happening with our property and the market as a whole. He set realistic expectations for us given the current environment and made the entire process easier for us. I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough. He will always do his best to make sure you understand the process and to deliver the best possible results. They gave helpful tips on how to make our place market ready and had contacts in the industry for any last minute construction or cleaning projects needed before listing the property. They would help arrange everything, which was exactly what we needed. It is very difficult to find companies that provide even basic service these days, and it was so refreshing to find a company that provided exceptional service and exceeded all of our expectations. You will not be able to find a realty firm that provides better service and that knows more about the real estate market than Laricy Realty. I also found Matt’s podcast series-Laricy LIVE- very informative and helpful throughout the process.
