We worked with Tanner Peterson and Lauren Ward for the recent purchase of our home and they were absolutely fantastic! They were so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We started the search for a home while still living almost 2,000 miles away in Florida, and they were always ready to go visit homes and take thorough tour videos for us so we could feel a part of the action and were always super responsive to our questions - which as first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of! They were so amazing throughout the entire process and made sure we were getting our moneys worth and had amazing insight as to what we should negotiate on. I’ve been renting in Chicago for a couple years now and Shawn has now helped me find my 2nd apartment in West loop area. He’s super attentive, responsive, and helpful with honest advice to help make a decision. Shawn set up the viewing at the first chance we could and we were able to get the apartment even with another applicant. Super excited and thankful for his help! Shawn has been great to work with.

Shawn was great at finding places for my group and me. He laid them out easily and was great at responding to us even if we contacted him after normal working hours. Once we found a place we liked, he was great at getting the paperwork for us and leading us through the process as efficiently as possible. I would totally recommend Shawn to anyone who is looking to rent or buy in the Chicago area.
