Shawn was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of finding an apartment to rent. He stayed in constant communication with us on the status of apartments we were interested in, always made sure we were able to view any apartment we wanted to see, had awesome connections with other realtors, answered all of our questions and just really went to bat for us and remained our biggest advocate throughout the process. The rental market is extremely competitive, so we viewed and applied to multiple units. Through it all Shawn stayed patient, positive, and knowledgable. He never left us hanging with any question we had and responded to us within minutes every time. He also never put pressure on us which was great. He helped us find an incredible apartment that exceeded our expectations when we started this process. Overall we had an amazing experience with Shawn and cannot recommend him enough!

Lauren did an amazing job helping my sister and I find a 2 bedroom/2 bath in Chicago to rent. She took the time to understand our budget and expectations, and was extremely patient with us and took us out twice to look at apartments. She was very responsiveness to text messages/call, and even when our apartment was still under construction before the rent started, she frequently sent updates to us on the place and answered all of our questions.
