Maureen is the reason we have our dream home! You will never find a more knowledgeable or driven agent. She went above and beyond in her due diligence, fighting for us every step of the way -- even after closing! My fiance and I work high stress / high stakes jobs in child safety, but have the luxury of working remote. Nature is how we unwind. Over the last 5 years, we dreamed of moving from our densely polluted California suburb to Reno -- living in a place with clean air and beautiful mountain views, surrounded by wildlife. However, we had very picky requirements. Our dream home had to be... 1.) Less than 4 hours to SF. 2.) Less than 15 minutes to RNO airport. 3.) Less than 15 minutes to uncongested BLM land (target shooting). 4.) Zoned rural, no HOA, no flip, low flood risk score. 5.) Internet speeds for large VOD download / upload. Within a day of contacting Maureen about a neighborhood and home in our "Goldilocks Zone", she got to work investigating the area. During our first call, she cited recent sales in the neighborhood, comparing price per sqft -- valuable to us as unfamiliar out-of-state buyers. By our second call, she confirmed the rural zoning and status of nearby BLM land (which, as we later found out, was the only uncongested BLM land at lower elevation within an hour of Reno). She also discovered the land behind the home was BLM, ensuring no new construction would encroach on views or privacy. None of this information was in the listing! Within a week, Maureen did a virtual showing for us, revealing amenities not shown in the listing -- including a pure cedar indoor sauna and an irrigation system for indoor gardening. She even had the foresight to look at the pipes in the home, which were copper! The home only had one owner, who was a contractor and architect. It was a true diamond in the rough. When a home down the street went up for sale, Maureen went to see it and did a comparison breakdown, giving us further appreciation for our home and parcel. Once we finally drove out to see the property, Maureen accommodated our hectic work schedules, even when we were hours late. But the timing couldn't have been more perfect as we arrived to see songbirds, quail, and even bunnies around the property! The mountain views were majestic and just as Maureen told us, pictures didn't do them justice. Maureen worked quick to get the home into contract for us immediately at asking price (now the median home sales price for Reno), avoiding a bid war with three other interested parties. While arranging inspections, Maureen followed up on all our special requests and concerns for contractors. She even offered to pick up our modem and do speed tests! After closing, we were three months delayed moving into the home. But Maureen scheduled weatherization, gutter cleaning, and other necessary maintenance for us as needed while checking up on the place, giving us so much peace of mind. Through no fault of Maureen, our title company made a mistake preparing our title. When I spoke with both the lender and the title company about it, they said it was our problem to pay an attorney to fix. Maureen said this was absolutely unacceptable and got on the phone with the title company immediately. Within a day the error was fixed and the recorded title corrected. I couldn't put a value on the service Maureen did for us or the tranquility it has given us! Waking up every morning to these fantastic views is like being on vacation. I never would have imagined living in such a one-of-a-kind, beautiful home. At the end of the day, we close the doors to our home offices and feel truly away from it all within the comfort of our own home. Thank you, Maureen!!

Maureen was our realtor in 2019 helping us buy our first home. She was extremely helpful and made the process so easy! She did an incredible job at finding us houses to view that had everything we were wanting. We will definitely be working with her again if we decide to sell!

Maureen helped my husband and I sell our house. She is very professional and works very hard for us. She did open houses and kept me informed all through the escrow. I would recommend her.
