Max is just fantastic in all areas. He had endless patience with my special needs as a shopper, and he always responded promptly whenever I had a question or concern. He took care of some very challenging negotiations, and always kept an upbeat and calm demeanor, which really helped me. Max listens well, and he takes time on every showing to teach me things about the mechanical systems, local market, how the process works, etc. Plus, it’s really fun to talk with Max; he’s engaged, and he obviously enjoys what he does. Max works tirelessly to ensure that his clients find the best possible home for the best possible price. Max went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home, and made sure we were covered in every way possible. He also helped us out greatly with the warranty company months after the closing. I greatly recommend Max !!!

We contacted Max Mitchell for help selling our house. He sold it within a week in the price range that we were anticipating. He also assisted us with the purchase of another home. He kept us informed of new properties as they came on the market and worked with us through the negotiations and final purchase when we found the home we were looking for. We highly recommend Max to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

I am an out of state owner who wanted to sell two duplexes. I chose REMAX realtors because I had been out of the city for 40 years and knew none personally and had no good way to get a recommendation. Knowing that I selected a REMAX realtor because they are among the best. However, I used another REMAX broker to sell the first duplex and found I was not being kept up to date with other sales in the neighborhood and there were problems between that broker and my tenants. So I switched to Max as soon as the listing expired and wished I had used Max from the start.
