Gaylee was extremely hardworking, diligent and helpful throughout the process of selling my condo. She and I discussed the pricing strategy and she consulted with me every step of the way. She also has a very data-driven approach with excel spreadsheets that she shared of both the tasks that needed to be completed before we went live and then the comments from every visitor. The latter was especially helpful in making a decision to go with the first offer. She's also a highly skilled negotiator who increased the price further from the initial offer. We had a ratified contract in 2 days. Gaylee also is a very nice warm person who understands that it can be emotional to sell your place after living there 20 years. I highly recommend her services.
