Paul did a great job selling my condo. It was going to go on the market right before the winter slow season and it was imperative for me financially to not have the condo sit on the market for a long time. So I was pleased that my condo sold in 3 days above what I had expected. i was recommended FASS from a friend of a friend. They had done a great job selling for him and he found the process really simple. And I found the same working with Paul at FASS. All I had to do was follow the checklist to make sure we were both on track getting things ready. Paul handled all the logistics which helped because I no longer lived locally. Everything they recommended, like staging, helped sell quickly and at a good price. The closing also went smoothly with the team they recommended. Gaylie is an outstanding professional, with deep knowledge of the local market and the ins and outs of the home buying process, excellent communications and negotiations skills, and most of all, a warm and empathetic approach. Working with her was a pleasure. Gaylie immediately understood what we were looking for, even though each family member had such different priorities; she was patient as we narrowed down our must-have list, gave us gentle guidance, without imposing her ideas. My family and I recently moved from Davis, California, for our jobs and to be closer to family in the local area. Our move was particularly challenging for several reasons. As a military family, our timeline was quite compressed, and moving from California to the other side of the country added significant logistical difficulties. Long-distance moves like this make it challenging to find the time to visit the area and look at houses. It was crucial for us to find a real estate agent willing to work with us remotely, look at houses on our behalf, take videos, and provide enough information to help us make informed decisions about whether we needed to travel to see a property in person and how quickly we needed to act on homes we liked. Good communication and a solid understanding of different neighborhoods were vital since we were not entirely sure where in the DMV area we wanted to live. We also needed someone who wasn’t just focused on making a sale but genuinely wanted to help us find our dream home. From our first meeting with Paul, we felt he was the right fit for us. He quickly demonstrated an understanding of what we were looking for and didn’t rush us by immediately presenting a list of homes.
