As first-time home buyers, we valued Megan’s patience. Given the market and the specs we wanted, we never felt “pressured” to change our asks. She took the time to understand us, gave us grace to re-evaluate things and provided honest advice on property values. In addition, Megan’s guidance in understanding the mortgage process was particularly helpful. Negotiating can be a slippery slope; however, with Megan’s calm manner and approach we successfully navigated it and closed our home on the last business day of 2023! Talk about a New Years celebration! If you’re looking for a dependable, knowledgeable and caring realtor Megan is perfect for you. She was always accommodating of our schedules and eased the stress of searching for a home. We can’t recommend her enough! We look forward to working with her again! For now, we love our home and are blessed to start our family in it!

Megan was phenomenal! She was always a text or phone call away to answer any questions or concerns we had. She went above and beyond in assisting us with our land purchase. Megan had a passion for what she does and it shows. I highly recommend her.

Megan was the exact type of Realtor we were looking for. She not only took on our house during the COVID unknowns, but she handled it with grace. She was always listening to our concerns and desires. She would guide us and be honest with us but always respected our wishes through the entire process!!! Very happy we chose Megan to help us move on to our next adventure!
