After an extensive search through realtors we chose Megan for her local knowledge, how she prepared for representing our home and knowledge of the market with supporting data. Megan had a plan for representing our home to prospective buyers and executed that upfront. Her photography Cricket brought the property to life in photos. Between Megan’s social presence and realty connections we had seven showing in the first two days and two solid offers above asking within 48hrs of listing. We are old hats at selling homes being this was our 7th house sell and I can say without a doubt this was the easiest and best realtor experience. I suggest you do your research but give Megan at least a chance to represent you, she will not disappoint you. But please listen to her if she has suggestions. It is not all about the price with her and that was refreshing.

Megan is a very knowledgable and friendly agent! She came prepared with comps for our area when we met to list our home. She was very thorough with me and took the time to answer all of my questions about prepping our home for the market. Megan had professional photographs taken of our home for the listing. From listing to the final sale, Megan made the process smooth. She also helped us while looking into various properties and the final purchase of the land. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

Megan is all around a wonderful, amazing, and hard working realtor. She went above and beyond for my little family! She felt like family at the end of the process. She helped us with any questions, she made sure we got the house we wanted and that it was completely financed, and she stayed positive and kept looking when we got discouraged and we thought we weren’t gonna find the house we wanted. Overall amazing experience! Definitely a blessing!

Megan Snow sold my house in ONE day-for FULL asking price! In 2014 I purchased my home as a foreclosure. Megan helped me with all the fine details of being a first time home owner. I was intimidated, but she assisted me through the entire process with ease. So as my life changed and I remarried this year, there was no one else I would've used to sale my home! I made an unheard of profit and I was nothing less than fully satisfied with the sale. She was prompt when taking pictures and extremely helpful and honest when giving advise for staging my house for the market. I would recommend Megan to anyone!
