This review is long overdue. Mehgan Holland is amazing and goes above and beyond for her clients. Mehgan helped me buy my first home in August and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. I am very indecisive yet particular, so I went on an intensive and exhaustive 6 month house hunting craze that left me, my family, and my friends all spent from the search. However, Mehgan remained engaged, supportive, and positive through the entire experience and helped me keep my sanity in the process. Mehgan guided me without pushing me, allowed me to take her on a wild goose chase looking at homes from Elk Grove to Granite Bay and El Dorado Hills, then helped reign me in and figure out where I really wanted to be. She helped me with lenders, inspections, contractors, everything! If I didn’t have her to hold my hand and explain everything to me I’d probably still be struggling to buy a home over a year later! She was a godsend and after I closed on my home, I could honestly say I missed her greatly as she had become a true friend to me. Mehgan is trustworthy, honest, respectful, extremely hard working, and genuinely a wonderful human being. Coming from someone who is difficult to please, I can say without hesitation that Mehgan is the best and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I would highly recommend Mehgan for a sell or a buy. She was very motivated to find the house of my dreams and she found it. She took the time and effort to do all the research and find the perfect home to match my needs. She kept me up to date with market swings, new listings, and she was also able to conduct quick comparable market analysis on the homes I was interested in. It was really easy to tell Mehgan has a lot of passion for real estate and it showed throughout the process of buying my home. The purchase went extremely smooth and I was always informed of our status. I couldn't ask for a better real estate agent and I will, without a doubt, use her again in the future.

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing and awesome Mehgan Holland is at her job! I have worked in the Title & Escrow industry for over 12 years and she is by far one of the best agents out there. She is the first person that comes to mind and I think of when someone asks for a referral or recommendation. In all the years I have known her she has not let me down once. You would be hard pressed to find someone else with her integrity, knowledge, loyalty, gumption and positive can-do attitude. She really goes the extra mile to get the job done. I have worked with Mehgan from all angles of the industry, even when I moved out of state and needed an agent when purchasing my home - Mehgan was the first person I thought of. I knew I could count on her to help me out and make the process painless and seamless. She made herself familiar with the area and helped us find our dream home! She handled all of the steps of the process and all we had to do was show up to sign for the documents. I wholeheartedly with the upmost of sincerity recommend her! You will not be disappointed.
