Melanie and Josh were so amazing during the home buying process. I have used them twice now and will always continue to recommend ans use them in the future. They helped me buy my first home is 2019 and since then recently helped me in purchasing a rental property. Their knowledgeable and kindness is unbeatable. You truly won't find a better more caring realtor! Highly recommend them.

I can't say enough great things about Melanie and Josh. They were beyond amazing throughout the whole home buying process. We saw many homes before finally finding the right one. They helped in bringing problems to my attention before putting in offers, and I never felt like they pushed me into a home. They truly made the whole process so easy and went above and beyond to make sure I got the home of my dreams. Their knowledge in the field is top tier, they were always there to answer questions no matter how many times I called, and they were always flexible with timing and showing me homes. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs an amazing realtor who truly cares, and I will not hesitate to use them in the future if I am ever in need of buying or selling another home!

I went to Melanie and Josh after moving back to Ohio after my mom passed. I explained exactly what I wanted. Solid house and little work. Both went on about how they did management for retail properties and knew a lot about spotting out problems and steering me away from money pits. They warned me against bringing in more than a general inspector. Mistake. Would refuse to offer low bids claiming it was their reputation. They gave me a list of general inspectors to use. I picked one. Long story short... house has now been almost completely rewired. The exposed area of the basement is where the contractors were surprised the realtors didn't catch those issues. Melanie went on about how she could spot galvanized pipes and advised her brother not to buy. With me, different story. Nobody let me know the painted plumbing stack was galvanized and now that is replaced. Oh and I was concerned about the sump pump that kept going. Told normal. Turns out it was recirculating because the pipe was busted going to the street. This is not even the complete list of problems that are now solved. I was like a lot of home owners needing guidance in a limited market. My budget was not unlimited. I felt like they tried pushing me into houses just to get the sale. I also think their knowledge is weak for the eastside. Other realtors I have met out east quickly spotted issues based on the area. When you get a realtor, you expect them to do better than you with looking. That was not the case with this team.

Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. What more could you ask for in a realtor. Josh's persistence in finding us our first home and meticulous efforts of walking us through the difficult process that is buying your first property. Josh was always quick to respond to all questions I had about the property and the home buying process. I will, without a shadow of a doubt recommend Josh and Melanie to my friends. Great experience working with Josh and Melanie.

Josh and Melanie really look out for their clients and try to get you not only what you want but the best of what you want. My boyfriend and I didnt spend a whole lot of time looking for houses but my boyfriend is picky and we didnt have a huge budget for our first house. During the few months we looked we looked at several houses and put in two offers. They were very willing to work with our schedules and even looked at some homes on a holiday. Melanie wrote an offer for us on 4 of July while we didnt get that house she was very responsive in making sure we got everything in as fast as we could. The offer for our current home got us everything we were looking to get as well as a little off the selling price. We were able to get all the appliances, as well as some of our closing costs covered. The process was fast and smooth. They were able to provide us with different mortgage officers with different banks and well as explain the process while were going through it so we would know what to expect. They would explain what we were looking at and what may need to be done in the houses we looked at so we would know what future costs we may have when making our final choice. Due to our experience, we have referred them to some friends of ours who are very excited to work with them for their first house.
