Melanie review: When it came to home-buying, my other half and I were clueless, two stray cats would have had more knowledge than we did. Melanie was so patient with us and never made us feel dumb no matter how elementary our questions were, or how many times she had to answer the same question. She was also a fighter for us, pushing processes along when things were going too slow. She was able to find us a house that dropped in price and scheduled a viewing the same day, and she walked us through each step from putting in the offer to the final signing. We also loved that we could have Zoom chats/meeting with her, that was very helpful since we were located a few hours away. However my favorite thing about Melanie was the fact that she was working to find us our home, not just make a sale. If we were looking at house that she saw issues with she would always point out the issue and explain why that home wouldn’t be a good investment. When we did find a good home, I could trust Melanie’s knowledge and opinion that the house is a good one. Overall Melanie made the whole home-buying experience easy and as stress-free as possible! I would recommend her to anyone, but especially first time buyers!

Frank was fast to reply, professional and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable about the area. The closing was done all online which was nice since we live over three hours away.

By sharing your in depth knowledge of real estate values in Kalkaska County's lakefront properties and the surrounding areas you gave us confidence in our home purchase. Also, I feel we got a very good deal because of your ability to negotiate and work with local realtors (very important)! That open communication yet, professionalism and respect you share with other realtors made negotiating relatively easy (or at least you made it feel easy). As a sales person with over 40 years experience what I look for most with any sales person is follow through! And that's what I got with Melanie! Melanie went above and beyond to get me answers, arrange showings on short notice and provided me leads. The home I ended up purchasing would not have happened without Melanie's help, I am convinced of that. But with her help in finding the home, negotiations and keeping things moving it happened and I couldn't be more pleased with the service she provided.
