Amazing job. Melanie helped me navigate a very difficult deed situation...actually, she bore the burden. It took many week, all the while keeping the buyers even after they signed their offer! Melanie made me feel comfortable in trusting her. We communicated by phone because of the distance between us. Her knowledge of the market has been a major help in understanding our asking price and in finding the best buyer.

Melanie did an outstanding job finding us just the right property to meet our needs. Actually, she found us two perfect parcels of land for us on the same day and we bought both! She showed us the merits of each piece of land and how they would complement each other. Melanie was the listing agent for both properties. Not being from the area, and living 200 miles from the land we decided to “risk” using the selling agent as our buyers agent. This can be a tricky move for sure. We can say that Melanie did an excellent job for both the sellers and us as the buyers. The agents who can handle the dual roles so well are few and far between. Offers were made, contracts were written and the sales went through so smoothly. We highly recommend Melanie for all of your realtor needs.

Melanie is an amazing agent whom will help you with exactly what you want in your next brand new home. She is very considerate and understanding to your wants and needs. She is nice and professional. She will always stay in contact with you via phone, text and or email. She had shown me a ton of properties that I loved but personal issues had stopped us from buying. She was really great to work with and my husband and I will be sad that we won't be able to work with her since she has moved to Alabama.
