I previously had zero experience with the selling process, and was attempting to sell a property while not living in the state of California. Melanie was extremely helpful in organizing the small renovations for our property, ensuring everything was taken care of, and guiding us through the sell process - all of which was brand new to me, and emotional as I was selling a property of a deceased family member. She was very easy to work with, responsive, and I would recommend Melanie to a friend or family member!

We are buying from the east coast & couldn’t be there throughout the process, which we thought would be tough, but Melanie made it so it was like we were virtually there! Melanie was such a pleasure to work with! We were so thankful & pleased with her! She always responded and was so helpful! She knew exactly what we wanted/needed and delivered each time! She was open & honest also! We’re not from the area so she would tell us about the area, drive around & send videos so it was like we were there! We’re actually keeping her contact info. to give to friends we make there so if they are in need of an agent, we’re giving her information!

Melanie is wonderful. She helped us step by step, gave great advice without being pushy. Whenever I contacted her, she always gave me her undivided attention, never acted like she was being bothered. Melanie is very knowledgeable and has exceptional expertise of the Sac Metro real estate industry. Melanie guided me with the sale of investment property. With her latest comps data the resultant list price was much higher than my initial number. When the offers poured in within one week of listing, Melanie helped me select the highest quality buyer based on the their qualifications rather than the highest offered price.
