The best agent I have ever used. I can not say enough good about her skills. Melissa showed us a number of houses and worked diligently to make sure our home was able to close, she did the work of two agents. I would recommend her if you are in the market to buy or sell a property. She is the best!!!

Melissa worked really hard to help me purchase my dream home. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a very nice person. Even after closing she contacted me to see if there was anything she could do to help. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. She truly is the best!!

Melissa Kaehr showed my husband and I our house. She was very honest with us throughout the entire process. We were first time home buyers so she walked us through the entire process and answered our many questions and concerns that we had. Even after we closed and moved in she contacted us few months later. Melissa was wonderful!!

She is the best realtor ever, she sold us a home in Decatur, Ind and then 11 yrs. later sold that home for us in just 10..We love Melissa, she is not only a great realtor but a friend.

When it came time for me to purchase my first home, Melissa was the one I chose to help me find the correct home. She took the time to listen to what I was wanting in a new home, and quickly came up with a list of houses to look at. I was surprised that it only took a couple houses before I saw the one I wanted. Being a first time buyer, I had no clue what the entire process entailed. She made the process simple, easy to understand and quick. I highly recommend her for your future housing needs, and when it comes time for me to sell my home, she will be the first I call.
