In the past six months, we’ve worked with Melissa Wiegele twice—first to sell a house through probate and later to purchase a new home. This gave me the opportunity to review her services as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Going through the probate process she was able to help us navigate the process; she even knew our probate lawyer which made communication easy. This isn’t just a one-time coincidence—choosing Melissa means gaining access to her extensive network of professionals, I’m certain as a write more I will list more. Melissa also invests in the latest technology to ensure your listing gets maximum visibility. Our home was prominently featured on major real estate websites, boosted for visibility, and priced competitively (I felt like I had all the bells and whistles). Thanks to her strategy, we had an offer within a day of showings, and the sale was as straightforward as we could have hoped for. I can’t promise you will sell your house in a day – but this was my experience. When we decided to buy a new home, calling Melissa again was an obvious choice. While I had multiple pre-approvals from lenders, she suggested I contact someone from her trusted network (she even has a book with great business partners). This turned out to be a game changer. Any time I had a question—often outside regular business hours—either Melissa or the lender was immediately available to assist. My rating for Melissa is 20/10! She delivers in making your dream a reality. She is well versed and knowledgeable in the complexities of contracts and other legal documents. Melissa is extremely accessible and is prompt in her responses. She is professional and has a calming demeanor; this was beneficial once we entered the negotiation stages of the selling process. She has a good working relationship with the competing agents. When our plans to build suddenly changed, Melissa found us a beautiful home which we love. This was attributed to her attention to detail and taking the time to understand the wants and desires of her clients. Highly recommend!
