She has done an amazing job, helping me stay calm and focus on what i really wanted out of a house instead of settling . This is my first time buying a home , and i wouldnt have wanted to use anyone else to me guide me . She has made a dream come true for my son and myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone to get through this process. Not only has she been amazing, she also has an amazing team !

Brandi is the very best at what she does. She never forgets about the little things! She helped us purchase our second home, all I can say is she made this process much easier than the last one. 10/10 recommend!!!

In a “complicated real estate market” with increasing interest rates, etc. Melody Villasana managed to sell our home at Warp speed; our home was on the market for only an hour when we received an offer and were soon under contract. Our transaction was a fast and easy transaction, but only because of Melody’s knowledge about the current market, her advice on the pricing of our home (based on sales comps around the area), and her hard work and willingness to help every time we called with a question; it is clear her customers are her #1 priority. We have done business with her in the past and will continue to do so because her service and professionalism is second to none.
