The Loomans team helped us find the house of our dreams. They were so very helpful with submitting our offer to the home inspection to the appraisal. I had difficulties with the person I was working with when a friend recommended Merc and Larry...I am so glad she did! Within one weekend I had written an accepted offer on a home - it was amazing! They are both great people...down to earth, professional and knowledgeable. Every step was explained in full, I had no worries or doubts during the home buying process. They also recommended a great mortgage broker that helped with special circumstances. I had a truly wonderful experience working with Merc and Larry and would not hesitate to contact them again. This duo is a great team to work with. We had a unique, renovated property to work with and they did a great job marketing it and picking the right times to do open houses. They always kept us up-to-date and informed. Both Mercedes and Larry are very personable. My husband and I always felt secure and in good hands, never neglected. We felt we could be real and honest with them throughout the entire process and they handled us well. The best realtor experience we have been through!
