Randy was hands down one of the best real estate agent I could of worked with. He was knowledgeable of the markets and areas I was looking for. Randy is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field. This is the second home he assisted me with and I couldn’t be happier. Very responsive and helpful. As a first time homebuyer, I'm sure I asked a lot of silly questions, but he was always courteous and professional when he responded (and also quick to respond). He also helped a lot with coordination for inspections, etc

Definitely recommend Ayush! We were in a time crunch to get a house and Ayush helped us make it happen within a 2 month window - from shopping to closing. He was very responsive and great at organizing house visits when we wanted to see places (often 5-6 houses a day). He helped point out things the age of certain things and the possibility that it might need maintenance or a replacement. Ayush also maintained a very friendly and helpful demeanor all along throughout the entire process. He even gifted us some housewarming gifts that were clearly very tailored. It was a pleasure working with him!
