Jacqueline Frank helped me purchase a condo and I worked with her for approximately 4 months up until the closing date. She was always available to show the condos, worked with mine and my daughter’s schedule. Very honest and efficient realtor, have used her services through 2 sales of homes and 2 purchase. Would use her her services again and would highly recommend her.

Jackie was nothing short of amazing. Guiding us through buying our first home she provided the step by step process and advice. She was always available when reaching out for questions and providing several recommendations. She is trustworthy and went above and beyond when running into some hiccups along the way.

Jacqueline Frank was a consummate professional throughout the entire home buying experience. As first time buyers we weren’t sure as to how the entire process would feel or look like. However, we were reassured through each step as she took her time with us. This included being flexible with our schedule when it came to showing us homes throughout different towns in NJ. She was also knowledgeable, which was important to us. Any time we had a question whether regarding a home or the process she was available through phone, text, or e-mail. Furthermore, she was also patient with us as it took some time to find our dream home. Never once did she make us feel that we were moving too slowly. When we began the process of making an offer and closing on our home she also took it upon herself to be proactive and ask questions of the seller’s side. In some instances she even communicated with our attorney since we weren’t always sure on how to ask or knew what to inquire about. In short we would absolutely recommend her to a first or experienced home buyer. She is someone you want on your side. Thanks again Jackie!

Having listed my condo for sale shortly before the COVID lockdown, this experience was way more stressful and filled with more uncertainties than a normal property sale. There was an open house with my tenant still living there. Then, there were multiple offers to contend with, and buyers backing out after we signed a contract. Despite the pressure, Jackie handled everything (including me!) with a professional and supportive demeanor, which really helped! I had been furloughed from my job, and worried about the deal falling through, as many had, because the buyer wouldn't be able to get a mortgage. Jackie's knowledge and guidance was priceless! I would definitely recommend her!
