Justin was a super helpful in a slightly odd purchase of land. He is knowledgeable of local resources, as well as of the local market, which helped us navigate some of the difficulties in this sort of purchase. He proactively reached out to make sure I was aware of everything that was happening, and kept it moving right through the closing.

Justin is local to the Plymouth / Rumney area and knows it well. He was a great help in navigating a quick sale. The property we bought is in an area that gets very low turnover, so we knew we needed to move quickly. We’re grateful to have had Justin’s local knowledge and expertise; he even found out some extra information regarding our HoA that was difficult to come by. We highly recommend him as a partner.

Justin did an awesome job helping us with the purchase of our condo. He is very responsive and patiently walked us through the whole process. Justin has great knowledge of the area and he gave us a wonderful basket of baked goods and jams from his family farm at closing - delicious and a very kind gesture to welcome us to the area. I'd highly recommend working with Justin!

Justin was amazing helping us navigate buying our land. He is very professional and friendly and he had so much knowledge of the area. He went above and beyond going to the different town offices and meetings to try to get things answered for us. He answered all of our questions no matter what they were.
