This team is amazing ... not enough stars! Trust what they tell you, I did not, caused me problems, they stood by me after I made the mistake. I wanted to choose my own lender. Phil recommended I not do that with some detailed explanation. I was using Phil as the buyer and sellers agent. I was buying. I was procuring a loan. I ended up doing it my way which was a disaster! It took almost 2 months, the reason was also my fault - but still a painful process because it did not fit the mold. Also, I started another backup loan just in case - and both were ready almost at the same time! Everyone Phil recommended was 100% professional and on the ball. Everything he told me was 100% accurate. I would highly recommend them and anyone they work with - that part was an 'easy' experience. When I missed the closing date it destroyed the credibility of me getting the house w/the seller. Phil worked hard to keep the deal, which was awesome for me as my wife and I really wanted this house! I could not make a stronger recommendation for Phil and his team.

Mike, Susan and Phil were always willing to go the extra mile. They were very attentive and ultimately their marketing ideas were the reason we sold our house. It had been on the market for a very long time before we decided to give them a try. I can't say enough good things about them.

I had an excellent experience and result while selling my home with Mike and Susan Jansen. They were always available whenever I had any questions or giving me feed back whenever buyers visited my property. Both handled the property sale professionally but yet in a personal way that made me very confident that they were getting the best results in looking out for my interests. There are many positives in working with Mike and Susan and I can say with 100% certainty that I will always have them represent me and my family in all future property transactions. The Jansens were great to work with. They made it easy to conduct the sale despite our not living in the area. They were very responsive to our questions and gave us great advice on setting our sale price.

We recently sold our condo in Indian Shores with Mike as our agent. Mike was always great to work with - always accessible and very easy to work with. We found Mike to be very knowledgeable and a great navigator as he helped us to see our way through a few bumps in the road and on to closing. We would definitely work with Mike again.
