With Madalyn I did not have to lift a finger all I had to do was sign. She explained anything I didn’t understand to me and is very knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and work with. She got me a wonderful deal that I was told by my mortgage company “doesn’t happen anymore” love her and if I ever sell or need a house will be using her again. I will be recommending her to my friends and family as well. 100/10!

Madalyn helped us find the perfect home for our family as well as sell our existing home that we lived in for many years. She was highly responsive and helped us throughout the journey. With her advice the existing home had an offer in one weekend, and after we had moved into the new home, she continued the relationship by giving us the names of contractors, handymen, etc in order to perform repairs or upgrades. All of these individuals were also highly responsive and pleasure to work with.

Buying a property 600 miles away side, unseen could be very scary, but Madalyn made the process so much less stressful. She was responsive, always professional, and very knowledgeable. Always had the answers to questions and concerns that I had. I would definitely call on her again and recommend her to anyone who needed a realtor. She did an amazing job!
