Michael did an amazing job helping us purchase our home in Colorado. We weren’t familiar with the area, so Michael helped us understand various communities and areas. He went above and beyond mapping out routes for us to explore different parts of town. He was super patient with us while we tried to find the right home! When we had to sell our home a year after we purchased - Michael was our first call. Despite not being in our home very long, Michael was able to help us get full asking for our home and make a profit. Michael is the best in the business! You won’t find another agent as dedicated and responsive as he is. We have loved working with him and will continue to work with him if we are ever back in Colorado!

Michael was fantastic to work with. He gave us clear instruction on how to best present our house and was a helping hand in our navigation of buying a new build house. He helped us to get over asking price in a competitive market. He gave us insight into the best questions to ask in purchasing the house, and advocated for us with the builder. Would highly recommend.

Michael Kozlowski at ReMax did a superb, outstanding job representing me as my realtor on the buy and sell side of my homes this past week. He was extremely thorough, communicative and always pleasant all times of the day. Issues came up as they do when purchasing/selling homes and dealing with other people, and he consistently put my best interests at the top to get me the best home and deal!! I am fortunate to have met him and work with him and his team.

Michael is such a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have worked with him and I didn't think he could be better that he was the last time he helped me sell a house and buy a new one. I was wrong. Based on his advise, once the house was listed there were multiple offers and the house was under contract with in 2 days. It ended up selling for $20,000 over the asking price. Michael is very knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly request his help in the future as well as recommend him to others wanting/needing to buy/sell a home.
