Right off the bat, Melisa was responsive and met our needs with urgency, especially since we were first-time home buyers with particular demands. The best part of working with Melisa is she is very careful to only speak to things she knows (which is a lot), and does the due diligence on items she doesn't have answers for. For someone who personally works in the commercial real estate industry, I can say Melisa has a very good understanding of the financial aspects of buying a home and has amazing contacts that can help with the home buying process. We would love to work with her again some day.

Jonathan went above and beyond in helping us find just the right home in Castle Rock. Initially he provided us with a wide range of possible properties to consider visiting. As we became more familiar with the area and potential home options, Jonathan took us to visit a number of these properties which allowed us to focus on a few "ideal" choices. He was always available to answer questions and to provide his advice and insights as our ideas evolved. Once we chose a potential property to purchase, Jonathan provided useful guidance as we negotiated a fair price, helped us to ensure that items identified by the inspectors were fully addressed, and guided us through the mortgage loan and closing process. His knowledge of the Greater Denver housing market is phenomenal, and he has clearly developed a great working relationship with industry peers and supporting vendors (inspection, construction, plumbing, etc) that proved extremely useful. We enthusiastically recommend Jonathan, and would utilize his services again in a minute!
