I was extremely impressed with Mike and LaDawn’s knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and concerns while selling my home. I would definitely contract with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.

Mike Severin was terrific to work with while selling our home in MN as we had already moved to Florida permanently. Mike Severin is by far the best realtor that we have ever worked with. He is extremely trustworthy, honest and was very thoughtful, and proactive in his approach to marketing. Through the whole process, as well as following the process he has been EXTREMELY responsive to our communications and needs. We couldn't have asked for more in a realtor!

After dealing with several different realtors for family members over the years, I was very happy with finding and using Mike to purchase our first two homes. Mike was very helpful, accessible, knowledgeable, and professional. When we needed to view a home immediately, Mike was available. When it came to negotiating a lower price, Mike was able to navigate us through the process and help us save money for immediate house improvements. Most of all, Mike was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mike in purchasing our first home. As many of you know or will find out, buying a home carries a lot of stress which can make it difficult to see the bigger picture in certain situations; Mike went above and beyond in the process which helped reduce much of the stress. One example this is when we were looking at a home in St. Paul that was maybe 10 yards from the train tracks. The house was beautifully remodeled and we had now been looking for about a year at homes, so needless to say we were just ready to buy. Mike mentioned the railroad tracks which we said was fine, we've lived by them before, but then he brought up points that we just weren't considering such as kids we were planning on having, our dog and the safety being so close. Also, even though we didn't mind being next to the tracks, it would be more challenging to sell when we were ready to move as he knew this was not going to be our forever home. That was just one small example of the benefit of partnering with Mike when purchasing a new home. He was never a salesman toward my wife or I, he was a consultant. He would point out the benefit of certain things we missed but also mention concerning issues about a home. If there were concerns we had, he would walk us through how we could address those in the offer. We made Mike drive all over the metro area for a long time and he was always patient and ready to help at anytime. Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of working with LaDawn, but I'm sure she is just as wonderful. We will work with Mike again when we sell our current home and purchase another. We have already recommended him to many friends who are buying or selling and will continue to do so.

Mike took extra steps to a sure are buying experience went smoothly a always available to talk when we had questions when we sell he will be the first call we make. Thanks Mike
