My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Steve and I can't recommend him enough! From start to finish, he made the entire home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable ( we walked into this knowing very little about real estate other than a down payment and what we were looking for in a house), he always available to answer questions, and provided great guidance every step of the way. As a first time buyers we where completely overwhelmed with where to begin. Enter Mike, He immediately calmed our nerves, set us up with a plan, and really showed us why he does what he does. Mike not only worked hard to find us places that we loved, he also went above and beyond when viewing houses He saved us from making a significant mistake by moving on a house that we loved, but that had some very hidden issues. He caught it and while we were disappointed we were so grateful that he cared enough to keep us focused on what was important. Once we did find a place we loved, we found that we were up against some steep competition with a very aggressive market. Mike bent over backwards working our offer into something that would be competitive without overextending us. We knew that we were at a disadvantage going in, but Mike swung harder and we had our offer accepted. Mike was also an amazing resource in navigating the post offer pre closure process. I had so many simple and dumb questions due to being so new to what is. hands down, an overwhelming process for me and he answered everything and made sure I was confident and comfortable with where things were. Throughout this whole process, Mike introduced a number of people from inspectors, leasing agencies, and insurance agents. Every single one of them was extremely helpful and amazing at what they do. I cannot recommend Mike enough. you WANT him as your partner in your house hunting journey. I will be going with Mike each and every time because I know that Mike has my back!

Andy was thorough and kept me up to date on.all the proceedings. He and his team guided me step by step through the whole process which a new experience for me.l was anxious but everything went very smoothly. l have his card and would highly recommend to my friends. He was a pleasure to work with.

Andy Baker did a great job. Knew the area well and was a good resource for what to do to prepare for sale and what we did not have to do( we were not going to make the house all neutral) His advice to price the house brought in a lot of interest and 8 offers in 3-4 days and sold for $30,000 over ask. Would highly recommend Andy and the group. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much!

Mike F. Is the realtor that you have been looking for and wish you would have had if you have purchased a home before. Positive and cheerful attitude and is problem solving oriented. Patient with showing multiple homes and is not pushy. Responds rapidly to texts and emails, even in the evening. You will NOT be wondering when he will get back to you. Offers assistance when asked and has a list of trusted contractors to draw from. Patient when showing properties and will point out drawbacks or potential problems. He definitely stands aside and lets the property “sell itself”. After much interaction with Mike, I don’t just consider him my realtor, but, my friend. Thanks Mike!
