Michele sold our parents home. We had some unexpected repairs that were needed and Michele worked very closely with us to provide resources and ensure all was done correctly and timely. We used Michele to sell our home in 2015. Michele put our home up for sale in May, 2015 and she had it sold in less then 45 days. July 23, 2015 the new owner took ownership of our home. We definitely recommend Michele Grantham if you want to sell or buy a home. She is a true professional.

Michele listened to what we wanted in a home and showed us great options. We particularly valued her input as we went through trying to decide which home to purchase. Michele was extremely punctual for our showings, responsive via text or phone getting back to us immediately. She made the paperwork process easy and things went exceptionally smooth!
