Michele is an excellent realtor, she not only listed our home and sold, but also found us another home in which we are very happy with.She was always there to answer any question we had. This was our second home and we could not have found anyone as great as Michele. She knows her job and takes her client's very serious. Would not think twice about using her again, She is the greatest.

Michele's knowledge and experience helped us get a house that we loved at a great price. She helped us find financing with a professional that new her stuff and there was no wasted time. Closing went quite well and we are well pleased with Michele and feel lucky we met her.

I have not personally bought or sold property through Ms Karl, but I know three close friends that have.<br/><br/>They have nothing but the highest regards for her professionalism, expertize, integrity and character. <br/><br/>It always makes one feel good when they recommend someone and it works out.<br/><br/>So I can assure you that if you either use her for yourself or recommend her to a close friend, you will be appreciated because Ms Karl will perform to their satisfaction.<br/><br/>There was no heading for recommending so I used the first one.
