It was great working with Mike on purchasing my first home. Mike was very responsive, scheduling appointments for home visits quickly and pointing out details of homes that I would have missed. I appreciated his local knowledge and how he helped put together an offer on a competitive home that was ultimately accepted. We worked with Mike for finding a new house and selling our previous house, and as far as everything with Mike goes, it was great. He found great places that fit us and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Mike was really patient throughout a snafu that even included contracting on a house that looked good, and then having to back out of that contract and keep looking for another house when the builder didn't deliver on their promises. Thankfully he helped us find the house we're in now that we're incredibly happy with. Huge thanks to Mike for his knowledge and patience, and I'd very happily recommend him to anyone I know.
