We had a wonderful experience with Mike. We valued his ability to communicate and his honesty, sincerity, and openness to listening. We found a wonderful home after he assisted us for almost two months. We are incredibly appreciative of Mike and everything he did for us. We were stress-free and eager to look at more houses with Mike. There were rough patches during the journey, but we found a way out or around them. He also spent hours with us a day to ensure our experience at each house was in detail. He made sure he updated us and communicated the events that were happening. What we liked about Mike the most was he never pressured us into buying a house; he cared that we found a house that would be perfect for us. No matter what, Mike always had a positive and humorous attitude every time we met with him. We would highly recommend him to others. I have worked with Mike with the purchase of my home and with the selling of the same home and on both occasions he made the transactions seamless. I wanted no other realtor, I was very happy I still had his info. He is the most helpful realtor you will ever deal with. Things I overlook, he points out to make me aware of so I make the right decision. He is not just trying to sell you a house, he wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. In the selling of the home, he was most helpful again, reassuring me with any questions and made himself available at any time. It was truly a pleasure, and not much people are left as genuine and caring as Mike. He treats you like family, truly!!!!
