I cannot say enough good things about Miranda! We started looking for housing in NM from OH, without knowing much about the area--which was nerve-wracking. Miranda gave us a very thorough overview of the areas and we felt very informed about the options for neighborhoods, their pros and cons, and what the local real estate context was. Since we could not visit open houses, she scheduled virtual tours with us for the houses that we were interested in. At a distance, Miranda made the process feel very easy. She really took a lot of the stress out of the searching! But, where she really shined was in helping us feel at home in a new city and ensuring that we felt fully supported during the purchasing and moving process. She was our introduction to this new community, and I cannot thank her enough for her charisma AND her expertise! In short, you cannot go wrong by trusting Miranda as your realtor.

Miranda is amazing! She helped us purchase our condo over a year ago and most recently helped us sell our house. From both the buying and selling perspectives, Miranda is excellent at all aspects of the process. She knows the rules and regulations, knows the market, and has a lot of contacts who help sprint the process along smoothly. All along the proceedings, Miranda was professional, pleasant, and fun to work with. She handles issues quickly with grace and a positive attitude and has great problem solving skills.
