Unfortunately I have a mixed experience with Nader. He is very knowledgeable and good at negotiating especially as a buyer agent, however he failed to keep his promises after the process. I had to contact with him couple times to get the home warranty plan he promised beginning of the agreement, and still didn’t receive the referral bonus. I believe being trustworthy is one of the most important aspect when determining your real estate agent, and unfortunately this is why I cannot recommend him.

I couldn’t say enough great things about working with Nader. He was beyond accommodating and so patient with us, as it took us a very long time to find our new home. He was so knowledgeable about the entire process, and also explained things very thoroughly. He offered great advice and was always easy to get a hold of. We loved working with him so much, that we hired him to sell our other home- good thing we did! It was sold in a day, well over asking price. I would recommend using Nader to anyone!

Knowledgeable about listings, was able to get us into condos quickly. He always responded very quickly to emails and text messages. We found our dream house even during COVID.

I would absolutely recommend Nader. He was great to work with and made this process as easy as possible for us. He is especially prompt and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Very satisfied.
