We closed a single family home in good school district with Namita’s help and that too within 4 months of meeting her! She’s fast & diligent. Took into consideration our requirements during house showings and advised us time to time based on her experience and knowledge of the towns we were interested in. She’s resourceful, got good negotiation and people skills. Overall we are very pleased with her services.

Namita did a great job helping us closing our home. As first timehome buyer, she navigated us through all the steps / processes and clarifying out doubts. She not only helped us closing the house but also with getting the house ready to move in, making us familier with local neighbourhood. We reached out to Namita after being in the market for a while. Namita is a great communicator. As a first time buyer, she addressed lot of questions proactively. If only we know things partially/have doubts about, we can ask questions to get it clarified. So, proactively addressing those steps/questions/the ifs-buts helped us navigate the process better. She takes time over the weekend to tour houses together but never rush through the process. Good experience working with Namita and will come back to her for the future needs.
