Bruce and Lee Parker guided us expertly through the process of selling our home, over several years from early conversations as we were making the decision to sell move, through the process of putting it on the market amid many complications, to the final closing. We came to appreciate their knowledge of the process and of the local market and can't imagine anyone else matching them in those areas. We also appreciated that they answered phone calls and kept in touch with us throughout.

I contacted Bruce because he had recently sold a unit in our development. After helping us to set up our listing, his wife Lee then became our primary point of contact. As first time sellers, we could not have completed the sale of our townhome without them. Lee was very knowledgeable about the process, and extremely responsive throughout. They patiently guided me through all the necessary steps involved in selling real estate in today's world. They were always available by phone or text, were available during inspections, helped me to deal with the buyers and their representatives and worked to make the entire process as painless as possible. Bruce and Lee Parker are a great team. Very responsive and helpful. They understood our needs and knew the process inside out. Bruce even helped me get rid of things when I was overwhelmed during packing. Very pleased!
