After interviewing other agents and much deliberation, we decided to use Nancy Siau and Kathy Besse to sell our waterfront home in Lichfield, SC. They are the epitome of professionalism and the two of them are a fantastic team. They were available practically 24/7. Their research and experience helped to determine the value of our home very accurately. Lachicotte’s & Christies marketing was superb, bringing in inquiries and eventually multiple offers from various areas of the country. One of them was always available for each showing. They were excellent at getting feedback from buyers’ agents and communicated with us after showings. During negotiations, their instincts were spot on, and they helped us get the highest price ever in our neighborhood, even in a declining market. We would enthusiastically use Nancy and Kathy again and would recommend them to anyone.

Nancy gets the job done. No matter what has come up in the process of selling, Nancy has handled issues with professionalism in her clients interest. All while being realistic for all parties.

My wife and I couldn't have been any happier with Nancy as well as the whole team with Lachicotte Realty. From the very beginning Nancy was on top of things and never wavered no matter what day or what time it was. The photographers she uses are top notch. Her experience in selling a house in this area were invaluable when the issues near the end of the negotiations seem to be insurmountable she found a way to make it work . She was always accessible and level headed which, in my opinion, is key to keeping the customer happy and calm and completing virtually and real estate transaction. I would recommend Nancy to anyone and hope she is still around when it is time for my wife and I to return to Pawleys Island and find a home!

I had the good fortune of finding Nancy Siau as a seller’s agent for my parents’ home. Throughout the entire process, Nancy was the consummate Real Estate professional. She and her team adhered to client confidentiality; adeptly marketed the property; provided referrals to professionals to prepare the home for sale and negotiated the final sale. Nancy patiently and skillfully worked with my aging parents as they downsized from their home. She also appropriately handled an adverse situation during the sale. As a professional in the government/nonprofit realm of housing, I highly recommend Nancy as a seller’s agent, especially for elderly clients.
