Nate was fantastic to work with and very patient with us. We had lived in our home for 20 years but knew it was time to downsize our house and acreage. Nate worked hard to help find our retirement home. He’s very thorough in everything he does and our communication was excellent. He kept everything simple for us and closing was a breeze.
