I purchased a house from out of state without the ability to look at it. I was very clear that he had to be my eyes. I would say he has zero basic observation or description skills, zero negotiation skills, zero knowledge/research and effort...except to show up for his cut, then he was right there with his hand out. I had to have the closing documents redone because it wasn't even in the town that I thought I was buying a house in. So much for a title search that I paid for (atty was Mr. Adcock's recommendation). I'm still having problems with my mail two years and I can't get the location of the property changed on my mortgage without a complete refinance. The leach field was failed. I was not told that the property was a rental. The house is filled with mold that had been painted over. Previous tenants were smokers even though Mr. Adcock said he didn't smell anything. I love Kentucky but this house is the stuff nightmares are made of.

We have used Nathan as a buyer and a seller. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate field and was always a step ahead of the process. When looking to purchase he was always available to accommodate our schedule and had all the important information available for us to review. As a seller he was ready to show immediately with prospective buyers and delivered a full price sell. We would not consider using anyone else for our real estate needs!
